Panelists for the League of Cincinnati Theatres (LCT) have recognized Ensemble Theatre“™s production of Sleeping Beauty, ETC“™s contemporary musical twist on a beloved fairy tale, with a 4 Star Rating.
Panelists described Sleeping Beauty as “œa lively, whimsical, energetic show with a lot of humor which can be appreciated by both children and adults“¦Ensemble“™s musicals are a holiday tradition“. They praised the entire cast and director D. Lynn Meyers for “œmaintaining sanity throughout the chaos“> They also singled out Reba Senske“™s “œflamboyant“ costumes which “œbrought the magic straight off of the pages of a fairy tale book.“

League of Cincinnati Theatre panelists evaluate productions on a 5 star scale and recommend shows at either a 4 star or 5 star level. Nominations for LCT awards will be determined and announced at the end of the season and winners awarded at the annual LCT gala in the spring.
