Bring your experience from marketing, communications, business, law, finance, writing, development, event planning–or theatre. Reconnect your expertise to the arts–we’d love to hear from you.
Board Committee Members and Chairs:
- Serve on at least one committee aligned with their interests (Financial, Membership, Events, or Communications)
- Attend board meetings (currently every other month)
- Act as ambassadors for LCT in the community
- This is a working, welcoming board focused on collaboration, sustainability, and supporting theatre-makers
Previous board experience is welcome but not required!

LCT is looking to add FOUR new board members in 2026.
LCT was founded in 1999 by theatre leaders to build communication, cooperation and fellowship among professional theatres and theatre makers. Over the history of LCT, we have held Unified Auditions, provided scholarship funds for people launching careers, and supported our theatres with guest artists.
As the Arts and Entertainment sector continues to rebuild after Covid, our organization is refocusing on connection and support of our world class professional theatres, semi professional theatres and our training programs.
