The week-long saga of the Catholic O’Shea’s is narrated by eldest daughter Linda (the always remarkable Cecily Dowd). The 4th wall isn’t just broken –
Underneath the outlandish costumes are some serious acting chops and wicked moves.
Each performer is stronger than the next. Fully committed, bursting with energy, and completely embodying their iconic characters in their own unique ways, the cast pours love into every moment, and the audience feels it. I couldn’t help but smile through most of the performance.
The Ghostlight has been presenting original one acts for three years now and I cannot wait to see what this company does moving forward.
